SUBMIT TO THE DATABASE

The Alaska MMIWG2S data gaps are prevalent and unacceptable. Accurate data and reporting are essential to achieving justice for our community. Together, we are reclaiming and housing MMIWG2S data to protect and care for our community. We understand that these stories may evoke a range of emotions, and we encourage you to express yourself in the ways that feel most meaningful to you. Your words will contribute to a collective expression of love, respect, and remembrance that goes beyond borders, reminding us of the enduring strength and spirit of Indigenous communities.

If you are a loved one of a missing or murdered relative, submit your loved one's name to the MMIWG2S database below. Please know that this data and the information gathered are housed with care, love, and respect. Together, we can ensure that their stories and the love they shared continue to resonate in our hearts and minds.

If you would like to share their story with the How They Lived project, you can learn more about the project here.
